Group Sound Baths for Adults and Kids at New Earth Energies
I offer group sound bath sessions for adults and for kids ages 5-12 at New Earth Energies, a welcoming metaphysical space in Wake Forest, NC. These gatherings weave together crystal and brass bowls, chimes, drumming, intuitive voice, and other instruments to create a sanctuary of rest and resonance. Participants are invited to settle in with cozy throws and soft lighting, allowing the vibrations to gently support release, clarity, and renewal.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or returning to deepen your practice, these sessions offer a quiet invitation to reconnect—with breath, body, and inner stillness. This space is open to all—no experience needed.

Monthly Creekside Drum Circle
Join us by the creek for an evening of drumming, connection, and community. This outdoor gathering is open to all—no experience needed. Bring a drum or percussion instrument if you have one, and dress for the weather.
